We are provider of fully digital pet insurance, namely accident and health. We do so in cooperation with insurance carriers that underwrite the insurance risk. Our business is to provide the front-end in distribution and claims handling by delivering excellent paperless user experience for the customer as well as for service provider. By having fully integrated ecosystem from the vet clinic to the insurance company we are able to settle and pay a claim within five minutes.
PetExpert started in 2018 in the Czech Republic as an insurtech company and is made of professionals of various backgrounds with passion for animal welfare. Our goal is to make pet insurance popular and widely adopted by providing simple, transparent and user-friendly service throughout pet's lifetime. As we are expanding into other European countries, we invite our partners to integrate with our platform to utilize our services.
